Very unprofessional. There seems to be a lot of data errors for their company fundamental dataset, which I had to point out a lot of times for them to confirm. furthermore there was an event held earlier this year where I was invited but when it got cancelled, I wasn't informed. All I got was a "Sorry, we forgot to inform you".
Was a member before but found not much value in paying for the membership, system slow and data not optimised for efficient end user experience
