The owner badly treated our helper. Quite bad and unacceptable experice for her and me as well. And once you confirned the pick-up date, do NOT change and delay it. If you cannot keep the deadline, you should close your business. Just cleaning clothes is not a service and not a business.

The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful towards our helper. It was a terrible experience and I will never use their services again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism.
