Ordered sukiyaki and yuzu collagen base, it’s as good as previous. The beef slices are getting thinner and thinner but the quality is still there. Love the seaweed and the fresh vegetables they provide. The staff were not paying attention when want to add more beef.

Would like to give compliment to a staff (Kwan) who went the extra mile. He brought a bag of ice in a plastic bag so that my girlfriend could ice her injured thumb which we didn’t even ask for it. He saw and took initiative by doing so. I was really impressed by his service and even though he is a new staff there. Kudos to Kwan! ???????????????? …

The sukiyaki at Shabu Sai was delicious and the yuzu collagen base added a refreshing twist. The beef slices were slightly thinner than before, but the overall quality was still good. The seaweed and fresh vegetables provided were also enjoyable. However, I did find that the staff were not attentive when we wanted to add more beef slices.
