Came here today ever since 11.30am.. No Q number in sequence at all.. not even 1 number was called. A&E worse block 1. Staff at Nurse Station A12 a chinese old man. No manners at all. Worse hospital will never come here again.

The initial impression of the hospital was that there was no proper queuing system. I arrived at 11:30 am and not a single number was called in sequence for the A&E department. The staff at Nurse Station A12, an elderly Chinese man, had no manners. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hospital.

The visitor lounge in SGH Ward 76 has a severe lack of seating, with only 4 chairs available. Furthermore, there is no public toilet available in this ward which was a nightmare. The health caregivers in this ward also seem to be lacking in spirit. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

My father was admitted to the hospital from the A&E department, but there was a lack of available beds so he had to wait until 9pm to get a bed. Despite informing the doctor about my father's need for an early dinner, he did not receive a meal until 9pm. It was a frustrating experience.
