This business center does not even deserve 1 star rating, we rented 3 rooms on 39F with them for 2 yrs, not much positive things to say about their service, lots of hidden charges, they literally charge for everything, eg. Called reception too many times in a day, charges will apply regardless if the calls are for only a few seconds. Making call for outside local, the charges are super expensive, however, the quality is not good at all. Client visiting the office, they charge for onshore reception, off shore will be more expensive. Even they are not friendly at all. They are just like to charge without free customer service. Furthermore, they are very difficulgit to request early leave when your package was expired. Receiving oversea package from China or USA, they don’t even give you any notification that you have a package which will be collecting your own cost, why bother to pay the package fee every month? They even charge you for the domestic shipping cost. After the contract terminated, we received few bill which is we (our company) should not pay those anymore.Our Company only 65SGD, but they try to charge for any kind of fees, even you want to use the address for post courier company, the reception will help you refused to get product.
