Staff Shane and Geraldine were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable about skin and products. Especially Geraldine. She patiently went through skin care products and routine with my daughter and I. Being quite clueless about skin care, I …
Had a bad experience today at Sephora Bugis+. My wife had just made payment at 3.36pm and the staff behaved like she can’t wait for us to leave. When my wife was told she had 1400 points to redeem items at the counter, she took time to choose what she wanted to redeem. The staff refused her to redeem twice. My wife is customer who shops a lot at the store but this person whom do not wish to receive negative feedback completely disregarded my wife and the service. My wife had to ask to speak to the manager in the end to get her redemption done and think the staff should be retrained on service recovery skills. The Filipino manager who came out from the back did engage in a very professional manner and apologized and did follow up but I think the store should look into training their staff on service recovery skills at least. As a customer I don’t want to be ill treated because of the attitude of your staff. Hope there is improvement. A store that size must have a better service recovery system in place. The 2120 points was only the issue and per points should not have been so burdensome to redeem. It should have been no issue to sort out. Actors talk about green room syndrome and I think staff here could do with better training. Hope to see improvements at this store. I hope not repeated next trip. ????
