My bill increase double, triple since I renewed Feb this Yr. I thought renewal will be same or better but it seems that renewal is a much higher rates and from $20 plus per mth last year, it increase to $30 plus and this mth, about $80! I stay alone and I am sure I cut down on aircon. How.can it keep increasing...
