I observed very selective customer service practiced here. If you are there to purchase their big-ticket items, the three folks managing the store will treat you with lots of respect and attention. But if you are just browsing, then you will not get the same level of service. It's disappointing to see how they prioritize customers based on their potential purchases. As a customer, I expect to be treated equally, regardless of whether I am planning to make a big ticket purchase or not. This has definitely affected my overall experience at Seng Bee Bicycle Shop.
