I sincerely, totally regret changing over from SP to Sembcorp power. Just for few dollars outstanding amount, their staffs keep calling to remind the payment. Which is only about $33. I really didn't know that Sembcorp is depending on my $33 to pay their staff's salary.
Sembcorp Power is short handed to serve their customer. They never answer my queries to renew my contract promptly. They only offer one year renewal. I need 2 year contract. It is too cumbersome to renew yearly. I have 32 days left before my 2 year contract expires.
