I was there today in the office to settle my HDB completion paperwork. Sitting there for quite sometime while waiting for my turn . Im very impressed by the staff who sitting at counter 2. She was so patience and friendly when attending to elderly with so many questions and requests….keep up the good work !
Sent feedback on one service app but no actions taken. Bottles lying around Blk 466 Sembawang Drive for days even weeks. Do we need to call you everytime over again to remind? What's the use of the app? No actions taken!
