It turns out this is not a walk-in store and does not have in-store shopping, which was suggested by the google listing (go to another branch if you are not a member of the public like me and want to buy a product).

I called them to ask about a part not listed on their website, but was listed on Lazada. I needed it urgently. The lady on the phone was so helpful! She helped me to call the various outlets to check for stock and got back to me. Even helped me to reserve the stock. Thanks! ???????? …
