The showroom is spacious and laid out well. However the management needs to have better signage to the store, it is up a dark (automatic lights) stairwell. So it was quite a challenge to find. Having signage on the floor itself is good but it's no point when people can't find their way up.

I scheduled reno works to my 2 toilets to begin on 1st Nov but I did not buy any fixtures and it was already 31st Oct. I came across SaniQuo on Google and immediately went to their store. Chloe attended to me and with her knowledge and experience, she was able to advise on all items I needed to buy. She explained clearly and patiently on the choices of items I could choose from. I made purchases over the next one week before my reno works begin. I saved some dollars as compared to if I were to get from other places. Thank you Chloe for the experience and I would definitely patronize SaniQuo again, and strongly recommend others to go their store at Tai Seng. Good service and good value for money.
