Bad service from Ms Gemma from Samsonite Marina Sq outlet. Went personally to ask on warranty on Samsonite haversack but did not provide on what part of the bag is covered and what is not covered. Left my HP but no one called. Seephotos posted on rusty met ring n torn cloth near zip.

ION. Service could have been better. Taking long time to consider does not mean we are not buying.
