Quiet and effficient. Got my passport queue no. Waited for less than 10 minutes compared to travelling to ICA or finding a place to park. Although I did have to wait 3 weeks for a weekend appointment.
The counter staff was efficient, friendly and kjowledgable oftheirnproducts and services. Go in the late afternoon if you do not want to queue at all.
