Super good location with shopping mall, MRT station, 3 supermarkets, yoga studio, GP clinic and many eateries nearby. The side facing valley park is quiet. Condo has many friendly Japanese families. Quite new condo with state of the art kitchen from the developer - all Miele appliances. Guards are helpful.

Every resident would be happy to have efficient, vigilant & alert security protecting the premises but they are not up to the standard. Last year the security, especially the night shift team, was up to the standard but because of an incident, the new security team that came in has been disappointing. They seem to lack training and professionalism.

RV Residences is a great place to live. The location is fantastic with many amenities nearby. The condo itself is modern and the kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The guards are friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the condo.
