Extremely bad attitude from the reception. Wife visited clinic due to acute allergy. Receptionist turned her away as it was close to (but not yet) 8pm. As the face of the clinic, her ethos was quite abhorrent. No empathy so to speak. …
Doctor is good however I do not like the idea of the clinic assistant openly asked us what happened to us during registration where other patients are around at the waiting area :(
Poor service.. Both receptionist and doctor are not approachable and always have this judgy look on their face.. i was having runny nose and itchy throat… Due to Covid, i’ll have to do my ART.. the doctor then did the test to me but she insert it to deep.. It bleeds when i sneeze… Worst nightmare!
