I went to Dr Chong to do a colonoscopy. I had a bad first experience with another doctor (woke up mid procedure), so was feeling quite nervous about it. Dr Chong listened to my concerns, and made me feel at ease. The scope itself was painless too, no doubt due to his years of experience. Very recommended!

By the time we arrived inside, 2 other patients came in. One of them waited outside and when we went in, she protested to the nurse that she's earlier than us. My husband gave up his turn and wished his next scan will be at maximum efficiency. It was just too chaotic when we first arrived. There were no signs indicating the number taking system
