Paid 50% deposit ($2000+) to install aircon in house. Arranged with Charles for a date to install, waited an hour and called just to find out he had gone to another job. Rescheduled to the following week and waited a whole day and again he didn’t come, AGAIN he went to another job. Finally installed the aircons on the third appoint. The quality wasn’t great either, my master bedroom aircon wasn’t working well. When I called Charles, he got angry with me for questioning his workmanship. I engaged another company to check the aircon and apparently Charles had installed the aircon incorrectly. Had to pay another installer to fix his mistakes. Overall terrible experience and will never go back to them.
