Got the Kaya Swiss roll ($12). Albeit the steep price point, I see why this is worth the hype. The cake is soft and I honestly can’t taste how strong the Pandan on the cake is cos the Kaya filling was so flavourful. The Kaya spread is thick, flavourful and smooth. 10/10 would get this any time!
Today, I bought from their Kandahar outlet. Of all the different Swiss Roll they offer, I’ve only bought their Kaya Swiss …
Their business dropped alot after their price increase. Decided to give it a try again but was disappointed with the amount of filling and dry sponge texture. They used to be very generous with their filling. Can't taste any cheese flavour as it tasted like plain cream. Won't buy again.
