They maybe hard selling. But is common everywhere. Initially I sign a body package because I find that the therapist does the treatment well. However, she left her job after few sessions. A new therapist from China was assigned to me and her massage skills are not very good. I requested to change therapist, the management said they will look into it. I had gone for few sessions and at last ask for refund for unutilised sessions. The management says there is no refund as stated in terms and conditions. The manager also insists I have to pay for 3 sessions of the body treatment that I should take after done with the current package I sign if I want to make payment by cash.
I have a great experience in this salon. I went there for a haircut and the stylist did an excellent job. She understood what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. The salon was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely go back to this salon again.
