Special gratitude to Reverence Funeral Team for their assistance! Especially Mr Lee who kept his promise despite my demanding requests due to the vulnerable times and the loss of my late lovely daddy.. Thank you for making the last rite a memorable one. Good Job!

Was searching for a Plaque for my FIL and found this online hence i called to inquire the prices for the item i wanted. One of the staff Celine attended to me and i must say that the tone... More of her replies were rather 'forceful'. At no point in time did she highlight that she needed to confirm if the item was available, yet voiced multiple times that she couldn't guarantee that the item is still in stock. Yet she also mentioned multiple times that 'even if we were to order' etc etc. I must say if we are already enquiring about the same thing a few times, it would naturally mean we may be interested to purchase, and if she had taken the time to listen, she would know that I don't mind even if the item needs to be custom ordered, so long it is available. At no point in time did she highlight that she needed to confirm if the item was available, yet voiced multiple times that she couldn't guarantee that the item is still in stock. Yet she also mentioned multiple times that 'even if we were to order' etc etc. I must say if we are already enquiring about the same thing a few times, it would naturally mean we may be interested to purchase, and if she had taken the time to listen, she would know that I don't mind even if the item needs to be custom ordered, so long it is available. And if she had returned my calls instead of hiding away or putting me on hold for >38 mins just to return my call, i believe arrangements could have been made even if the item is indeed out of stock. And it is only when i said another supplier managed to provide it to me immediately that she offered to check if it was indeed still available and only then said that she would check with the supplier. That was when she came back to tell me it will be available for collection 2 days later. Seriously I don't understand why all the attitude previously, or else i don't see a need to put me through all that to get the plaque. This is not professional at all ... and I'm really shocked that this is the type of customer service provided considering that this is a well known funeral service in Singapore.
