Bad experience. Send in my wool top for dry clean. Came back badly out of shape. Should read reviews before sending clothes in for dry clean. Bad customer experience.

When a place has gotten more negative reviews than positive, OBVIOUSLY they dont even deserve any star but notifying the public is important.! I have sent my blankets and cover for laundry, not once not twice but three times and every time i collected them they were not dried properly, even the second time when i collected it mentioned it to them and asked them not to do the same… once again an unhappy customer is what they are left with. Not worth the money or time.

I had a bad experience with Renee Laundry. Sent my jacket for dry cleaning on 12 Dec and the arrangement would be to deliver the jacket to my place within 4-5 days. However I did not receive the jacket on time, so I called to check the status. The staff could not provide me with any update or explanation, and I had to wait for another week before receiving my jacket. Very disappointed with their service. I will not be using their services again.

The dry cleaning service at Renee Laundry is terrible. I sent in my dress for dry cleaning and it came back with a stain still visible. I had to send it back again and it took them a long time to fix it. Not satisfied with their service.
