Arranged for a trip to visit the office at 1pm, made time to take a trip down. Arrived at the office at 1.03pm after having to change visitor pass at the reception counter at DUO tower. When I arrived, a cleaning staff informed me that the office is closed for a private event. There was no prior notification or information provided about this closure. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.
