For a place where people go for an auspicious occasion the ambience is far from desired. Crowds were made to Q outside with no place to sit. Opened at 8.30pm but was refused entry and told to wait outside. Staff not trained to handle Crowds but was left to security personnel who were not tactful. Need to improvement.
For context - ROMM appointment on Monday morning at about 9.15. Reached 15mins early and we did not have to wait till out sloted time. Completed everything by 9.30am. Staffs were extremely helpful, friendly and clear with details. …
Went for 10:30am appointment, carpark already fully..so park at SMU. Even with booking 11:20am than being call queue number. Service was fast..just the waiting time almost an hour. Fuss free and easy counter to print your queue ticket.
