Extremely unprofessional! Fraudulent company. I visited Singapore for 5 days, this was about 6 years ago. I decided to obtain a SIM card for some data, and bought one from Red One. Prior to leaving the country, I ceased my usage, and returned to Australia. A couple of weeks later I received a post for BILLED amounting to thousands of dollars. I contacted their Singaporean registry, and after a lot of backwards and forwards was told my usage had been escalated to management, and that I would be refunded for the amount due to inconsistencies. Today, nearly 6 years later, I received a call from a debt collector from Singapore, chasing me for the outstanding amount plus fees and interest. I called regustered singaporean registry again, and was told the same as above. Classic airtel. Complete lack of transparency and accountability. This is what you can expect of them. Thanks redOne! This seems to be your culture...
