SUCH A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! I was booking a class online for 2 Sundays class. 2 days before they sent an email confirmation that the class was canceled due to not enough participants. So we were in conversation through email to rebook the class again and they did confirm again and even ask us to make full payment so they can reserve the class again for us. Who knows 1 day before the class they call and said 'im sorry.we need at least xyz participant to start the class.!! Immediately i said it was confirmed yst. :-[:-( Better end our convo or you ended my happy weekend'.Absolutely very terrible customer service I ever encountered. I am wondering if they are running a real business.

Very disappointed and will not shop here again.
