Visited in October 2021 and was really disappointed. I'm a regular at Phoon Huat but recently shifted to be near Bukit Panjang. Thought I would give the branch in the mall a visit. The selection is limited, and many of the items I'm used to…
I was trying to find a specific cake decorating tool and couldn't find it. Asked a staff member and she couldn't find it either, but instead of trying to help and find an alternative, she just turned away and ignored me. Very poor customer service.
The prices here are quite high compared to other baking supply stores in the area. I don't mind paying a bit more for good quality products, but the prices here are just too steep for me.
The store layout is confusing and not well-organized. It's hard to find what you're looking for and the aisles are quite narrow. It would be great if they could improve the store layout and make it more user-friendly.
The staff here are not very helpful or attentive. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, I have to wait a long time for someone to help me. It would be great if they could improve their customer service.
The overall experience at this RedMan branch was not great. The selection is limited, the prices are high, and the staff are not very helpful. I would not recommend this store to others.
I had to wait in line for a long time just to pay for my items. There were only a few people ahead of me, but it took forever for the cashier to ring up their purchases. It was very frustrating.
The store is spacious and clean, but there are no amenities like seating areas or restrooms. It would be great if they could add some facilities for customers to use while shopping.
There was a lack of staff on the shop floor, which made it difficult to find someone to assist me when I had a question. It would be great if they could have more staff available to help customers.
