I went to the clinic yesterday and the staffs were very nice. Even though they are busy but they still manage it. Also the Doctor is very good. We must all understand their situations and how they handle patients is very professional. Thanks to our frontliners.
I arrived at 12.30pm and it was stated on their website they are opened for business till 1pm. But the counter staff so rudely told me they are closed at 12.33pm. I asked but why would it be closed now when it's stated 1pm closing. She said …
I visited the clinic last Friday and it was a smooth transition from the get-go. One of their staff - Kisha was extremely responsive and helpful. To sum up, everything went on as scheduled.
