Not a student from RGS but have been very unhappy with experiences with their school lately. They recently entered the Singapore Youth Science Fair competition and won some awards. Thats totally fine and I applaud the students for their achievements. However, the school seems to be using these achievements to promote themselves excessively on social media, which I find quite distasteful.
My experience in RGS has been really bad so far. Social media has made RGS seem way too good to be true. Let me elaborate. Firstly, the workload is overwhelming and takes a toll on students' mental health. The school also has a culture of overachieving and competition, which creates a toxic environment for students. Additionally, the teachers often prioritize academic results over student well-being. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience in RGS.

I have heard good things about RGS from my friends who studied there. They praised the school's rigorous academic curriculum and supportive teachers. However, they also mentioned that the school can be quite competitive and stressful, which may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, it seems like a good school for academically-driven students.
As a former RGS student, I can attest to the school's excellent academic environment. The teachers are knowledgeable and dedicated, and they provide valuable guidance and support to students. The school also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities to cater to different interests. However, the workload can be heavy at times, and the competition among students can be intense. Nevertheless, RGS has prepared me well for my future studies and career.
RGS is known for its strong academic program and high standards. The teachers are highly qualified and passionate about their subjects. The school also offers a strong support system for students, with counseling services and academic assistance. However, the school's emphasis on academic excellence can be overwhelming and stressful for some students. Additionally, the selection process for CCA can be competitive, making it difficult for students to pursue their interests outside of academics.
RGS has a beautiful campus with state-of-the-art facilities. The school provides a holistic and well-rounded education to its students, with a strong focus on both academics and character development. The teachers are caring and dedicated, and they strive to create a positive learning environment. However, the workload can be demanding, and the school's competitive culture can be intense. Overall, RGS is a good school for students who are willing to work hard and strive for excellence.
I have mixed feelings about RGS. On one hand, the school has a strong academic program and offers many opportunities for students to excel. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the school provides a conducive learning environment. However, the workload can be overwhelming at times, and the competition among students can be intense. Additionally, the school's focus on academic achievements can overshadow other aspects of student development. Overall, RGS is a good school for academically-inclined students, but it may not be the best fit for everyone.
