Special credit to Gleneagles Radiology Department. Patient enough to comfort me while my first time doing the MRI screening. I accidentally left my ID at the department and the staff willing to spend her own personal time and efforts to deliver to me. Great service ever!

At age 70 I have had quite a few MRI's but never, never did I have such a bad experience. There was no queue only one patient in the exam room but I had to wait for 1 and 1/2 hours. It was a simple MRI of my calf (cellulitis) but it took a long time for the doctor to come and I was freezing cold, had to find my way to get warm, was disgusted by having dirty and wet clotting on the bed (previously wet?). No warm blanket was offered. The doctor could not answer all my questions and I only had 5 or 10 minutes of exam; he was indifferent which I never experienced before.
