Came into the shop with the intention to purchase. Asked 2 sales rep to assist. First one - pulled out the drawer and asked me to pick out the colors myself. Completely ignored thereafter.
Visited this outlet yesterday with my friend who needs to fix the hook of her bag but one of the saff wasn't very helpful. We were surprised that the hook of the handbag dropped off by itself and the sling can't be used so we asked the staff in the store to fix it. A staff by the name of Kate told us that we will be fulfilling the warranty so we left the bag at the store. When we went back after 30 mins, Kate told us she will try to fix it and we waited another 20 mins. After the wait, she told us that she can't fix it and told us that we can buy a new bag or try our luck at other stores. Really disappointed by the service.
