This is a very unusual courier company who totally don't give a damn for both sellers and buyers. They make it very difficult for sellers using their services. Making us answer to frustrated customers unnecessarily, which in turn earn us a bad review. Their customer service is the most unhelpful from Singapore to Zanzibar. They are extremely unresponsive. I have contacted the customer service at least 6 different ways and have not received any replies or help to my lost item! Amazingly apathetic, terrible, unresponsive, most unhelpful courier service to use!

Dear Q10, I am very upset with this incident of delivery ordered. I’ve waited for so long from 16/09/2021 till 20/09/2021 but my order didn't come. So I checked your system and found the courier item status is already delivered without my knowing. I would like to claim for my money back.
