I must commend one of the staff named Violet. Good product knowledge and willing to go the extra mile. I bought two whole meal sandwiches and a bento and decided to have the bento in the shop. She suggested that I should place my sandwiches to take away with me first and then come back to collect my bento. She placed my sandwiches on a tray and gave me a receipt for it and told me that it was for my collection after my bento. When I collected my sandwiches later, she was still the one who attended to me. It was a simple example of going the extra mile by reserving a tray for me and keeping track of my order. Kudos to her.
