The experience coming to this outlet was horrendous to be honest. I had my appointment scheduled at 11am which was their opening hours. Having arrived about 5 minutes earlier, the retail was already open and I headed to the ticketing counter to check in. The staff told me to wait and took down my details on the iPad. After that, they told me to take a seat and wait for my turn. I waited for almost an hour before my turn came. It was frustrating as I had made an appointment and expected to be served promptly. The staff were not very friendly and did not seem attentive to the customers. When it was finally my turn, the technician took my phone and confirmed the issue. They informed me that it would take about 3 days to complete the repair. I was disappointed with the wait time and the overall service. I would not recommend this outlet to others.

Good service staff and helpful team. The place is very clean and provides a unique experience to visit. A small cafe within the space and high tech looking counters with a display behind.
