WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER within the insurance industry. Tried to call in the customer service hotline however was treated very rudely by the customer service officer.
QBE always trying to find excuses not to honor the claim. My policy says kidney dialysis can claim full. But since I’m doing it at home, they only let me claim the first two months and told me I cannot claim anymore for kidney dialysis at home. Really regretted signing up for such a insurance scam.
