Brought my grandma there to get her Pioneer generation card because she lost hers. Helpful and caring people there!
I like the serenity of this place which is located in the hougang neighborhood. There is a jogging track and football field next to it and really convenient for the residents living around the area. Hope they will provide covered linkways to this CC in the coming future so that it will be more accessible.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful really. Saw an old couple lost and not sure where to go to get their trace token replaced. One of the staff from the main office actually came out cheerfully and pointed the direction. Great job. …
