I called to ask why my helper’s money is not transferred even after our Singapore bank has transferred it for several days. The lady on the line is SUPER RUDE and unhelpful and sounded like we owe her a living. My helper was worried her family cannot receive the money and she couldn’t care less. Should not be in the service line.
Bank BRI Singapore branch is not provide remittance service at the moment. The branch currently holds Offshore banks (Private Banking).
