Very bad comms and irritating how a lot of positive reviews seem to be from own staff
Ms. Leanne Lim, Manager of Customer Relationships, is a diligent person and provided express and good service.
They just wanna sell you things and forget about service. Pasted whole company van with them and it end up not approved by LTA. At first told us no issue , after having issue do not want to resolve. …

Very bad comms and irritating how a lot of positive reviews seem to be from own staff;

Facilities and Amenities not provided.
Customer service was slow and unhelpful.
Overall experience was poor.
Wait time was excessive and reservations were not honored.
Products/services were of low quality.
