I love my dry mee hoon kueh as they were not too thick or doughy, along with their dark sauce, tasted sweet and savoury. Their homemade chilli sauce elevate and spiced up their flavour. The ikan bilis, not too salty, still maintain its crisp and crunch in the dry version. The minced meat was nicely marinated as well.
