My first and last time ordering from this florist. Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day (order number 0452) slated to be delivered from 9am to 1pm. In the first place, this is such a broad timeframe given to customers. People are expected to wait at home and not be able to make any plans or leave the house. The delivery never arrived. I tried reaching out via WhatsApp to ask for an update and never got a response. The website states that they won’t guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe but I would have at least expected some communication or acknowledgment of my order. Very disappointed.
