Waited 20mins behind just one customer to get my dress dry-cleaned on a weekday afternoon. Staff was checking each piece for that customer and in the end the customer in front ended up not getting anything done cus too expensive and just left. Felt frustrated but the staff was apologetic and tried their best to expedite my order after that. The dress came back in good condition, but the waiting time was definitely a downside.

I recently had a dress dry cleaned at Presto Drycleaners and I was very disappointed with the results. The dress came back with stains still on it, and when I brought it back to the store, the staff was not very helpful. They refused to refund my money and instead offered to re-clean the dress, but I didn't trust them to do a better job. I will not be using Presto Drycleaners again.
