Please bring back precious moments umbrellas especially the long back ones. It was light, big with UV protection. Love it so much. Sad that the stores don't carry it anymore.

Was told i would be able to file gst refund at changi because store wasnt set up yet. I tried and was turned down by etrs employee. It has to be set up instore like other retailers. Please set up gst refund services for foreigners at store. :(

Staff followed us and stood by us as if we were stealing, when we did try to pay their card machine had no battery. Not a great experience.
