Message from PRADA ION today that my bag has been assessed and returned without repair with no reason given. First disappointment. Next disappointment was contact number given 65093113, nobody answer the phone. Why provide a number when that not contactable?
Zoe was really friendly and helpful. Went to the store to repair my bag strap that was spoilt. She was very patient and detailed to assist me to find my correct model so that the strap can be repaired accurately that matches my bag model. Great customer service !
