I told the old female customer service associate that we wanted to do withdrawal, she said that there isn’t any counter service and asked us to do it via atm. I told her that we want to withdraw an amount higher than our atm withdraw limit. …
Should have build 2&3 more video teller machine. What's the point having branch when the manual counter really not effective. Will only take queue from people who taking loan/insurance.....
