Not exactly the most intuitive of locations to be placing a PopStation, but they've located it near the taxi stand of Centrepoint, the side facing towards Cuppage Mall. If and once you're able to locate it, in all fairness it's quite straightforward. If you're collecting or dropping any parcels, this is the place to go to.
Took me awhile to find the location, its actually not located at the front entrance but more of back door, look for Dalkom coffee and the popstation is nearby. Photo shows where the popstation is facing, hope it helps!
