I purchased an eternal gold ring today at Poh Heng JEM and the service by the staff was fantastic! They guided and explained well, were polite and very welcoming! I forgot the male staff's name but I think it starts with the letter D. This is the best customer service I've received from a jewellery store. Kudos to the male staff!
