Good customer service. For first time at the shop, you will not locate it easily, especially no Sony logo outside. With my photo shared here, you guys should able to find the shop easily.
Went to repair my PS controller for joystick drifting problem. After handling my invoice, local warranty and photo of my console's barcode, the staff gave me an one for one exchange all within 5 minutes! So fast, efficient and no hassle! …
