My sister and I add up together only tried it for maximum of 5min , so I am not sure why the worker was being so rude to ask us to leave and not try so many times ?

We decided to go there as it had a variety of options. However, the staff at Playdress were unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance and didn't provide any guidance or recommendations. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Very disappointing.

The dresses at Playdress Bugis Junction are beautiful and the prices are affordable. However, one of the workers there was really rude. I believe it is important to be able to try on dresses multiple times to determine the right size and style. My sister and I only tried on a few dresses for a maximum of 5 minutes, so it was unnecessary for the worker to be so rude and tell us to leave. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.
I had a terrible experience at the Playdress Bugis Junction outlet. My sister and I went there to choose dresses for her wedding as bridesmaids. I would not recommend purchasing from the Playdress online store. I have informed them that I am returning my items for credits, but they keep denying and sending me information for exchanges. I have had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute and get my money back. Terrible customer service.
