Rather bad experience with therapist yoga. Yes I do admit I was 10 mins late, so I chose to proceed with one service only which will allow her to have more than enough time. To be fair to me, nobody was present in the shop too when I arrived. Despite that, yoga already showed her utter displeasure right at the start. I find it utterly unprofessional of someone to openly show such negative dispositions at her face. Well, guess what, I spotted kevin and told him I was 10 mins late and explained myself and he was like totally surprised too. And despite I only did one service, I got chased out at exactly 10 mins before the hour. I honestly couldn't comprehend the rush and all. It's not like I made her do an additional service only I could I was 10 mins late? Please enlighten me with that logic which I have yet to comprehend. This lady has bad physical presentation too. Hair all out of place. More seriously, please train her to be more professional. Your staff should not show displeasure/professionalism at one when the said staff is late.
