The designer, Aino, had a bad attitude when discussing the measurements for the bunk bed. The drawing given had a 50mm space without explaining the purpose, but the actual measurements were more than 50mm. Aino insisted that the measurement was correct, but still charged for the materials without any extra charges. The customised bunk bed was sturdy and good quality.
